Sarah Gruber has worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years. She began as a hostess and worked at a couple restaurants before being hired at Pietro's Italian Restaurant two years ago. She serves as the banquet manager at Pietro's, where she helps people plan special events, everything from baby showers and bridal showers to rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions. She enjoys being a part of the planning process.
“I get to plan and attend large events here, which is something I love. I love to organize and see their faces and the enjoyment they have,” she said.
