Benny Pierce has cooked for 25 years. He began when he was 16 years old. After serving in the military and a brief stint working in construction, Pierce began cooking in everything from country diners to hotels from Vegas to Dallas.
In 2013, he began cooking for the Lodi Eagles, mostly for Rotary members and also for smaller groups. Pierce took some time on a recent morning to share about his cooking experience.
