Professor, author Ken Albala shares his love of food

Ken Albala has been cooking and writing and teaching about cooking since 1993. He is a food history professor at University of the Pacific and a self-taught cook who likes to experiment with food.

Albala has authored 14 books on food, and his cookbook, "Three World Cuisines: Italian, Mexican, Chinese," was named best foreign cuisine book in 2012 by Gourmand International.
