Favorite place to eat: Fiori’s Butcher Shoppe and Deli (400 W. Lodi Ave.). The food is great and you always see people you know.
One thing not to miss: Downtown Lodi. Downtown’s just a pretty place; it’s a gem, it’s comfortable, it’s safe and it’s beautiful.
Favorite outing: The Downtown Lodi Farmers Market. I like the fresh produce, shopping outside and seeing friends.
A secret outsiders don’t know: Lodi has a great Parade of Lights at Christmas.
Favorite place to browse or shop: Robinson’s Feed Store (1150 E. Victor Road). It’s diversified and useful. My kids love the baby chicks.
Something quirky but cool about Lodi: There are some older neighborhoods around Crescent and Elm streets that are good for walking. I like it for the trees, the old houses and the beautiful landscaping.
