Favorite place to eat: I would say Wine & Roses for a nice night out for a special dinner, or Pietro’s for a casual, memorable dinner out. For lunch, we love to go to Fiori’s Butcher Shoppe or Curry Farms for great deli sandwiches.

One place not to miss on a tour of lodi: Do not miss out on going to Lodi Lake and enjoying the lake. Take a walk around or a bike ride, and make sure to most definitely check out the nature area, too.

Favorite outing: Phillips Farms. They have great wine and a good restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and also a very nice selection of produce. Incredible people work there.

One secret most people don’t know about lodi: So many do not know there is access to go up the Mokelumme River from Lodi Lake and all the beautiful homes and sights to see in a canoe, kayak, boat or on a Jet Ski.

Favorite place to browse or shop: I love to go Downtown to the Antiquarium and to Secondhand Rose and Bathandmore.com. These are cute, quaint shops for home décor and gifts. We have some great little shops Downtown and for cute little outfits, shoes and purses I love to go to Barbara’s Boutique on School Street.

Something quirky or cool about lodi: Well, I have to say the Downtown Lodi Farmers Market on Thursday nights. We love working the market and selling our Guantonio’s pizza to all the locals and market visitors. We appreciate the support and love to see all the friendly faces. Our customers love the fact that they have a winegarden next to us and Ollie’s across the street!
