Women Kickin’ It: Providing self-defense kick-boxing instruction for women in a non-contact environment, as well as co-ed classes and instruction for kids. Weight training classes are also provided. PUMP Insitute: Standing for Pursue Ultimate Muscle Performance, the PUMP Institute features workout programs for strength, athletic performance and weight loss.
