Alebrijes opens location at The Lighthouse in Isleton

It’s a quiet Thursday afternoon on the Delta. Chef Ruben Larrazolo has finished grilling carnitas and salmon for the lunch rush and has a little time before guests start arriving for dinner at the new Alebrijes at the Lighthouse in Isleton.

With the river sparkling outside the window and his two young children, Victoria and Ben, waiting patiently with their life vests, it means one thing: time for a ride on the Jet Ski. He pairs a life vest with his jeans and takes off from the restaurant, giving his summer-loving kids each a ride on the buzzing boat.
