After only nine months in business, it's as though Dancing Fox Bakery and Winery has been in Lodi forever.
The staff, made largely of family, is friendly and takes care in each dish, cup of mocha and glass of wine poured. Around lunchtime on a weekday, customers wait in line to order sandwiches made with homemade bread and pizzas cooked perfectly in the oven that has become famous since it arrived in bricks from Spain.
