Garlic relish is the flavorful blend that is delicious soaked into a chunky slice of bread. Here, Tina Chavarria gives the super easy recipe for a super tasty spread.
What you need:
Garlic
90/10 blend olive oil
Parsley
Start with small quantities of each ingredient and, using a blender, blend it all together until it is a flavor and consistency you like.

• Both Carlos and Tina Chavarria are Lodi natives.
• They have been together for 12 years, married for two years.
• They decorated The Twisted Fork on their own, though Tina is flattered when people ask who did her decor.
• Together, they have two children: Brittni Ogrodnick, 15; and Cecile Chavarria, 17.
• Before opening The Twisted Fork in Lodi, they ran The Twisted Fork in Sutter Creek, at the Ione Hotel and at North Shore Camanche (the first location).

The Twisted Fork may be new to Lodi, but the Downtown Italian restaurant is no stranger to local diners.
Restaurateurs Tina and Carlos Chavarria previously owned and operated the well-known restaurant in Sutter Creek, but decided to relocate to Lodi, where they both grew up and now live.
