About the Crime Map

Information used for the Crime Map is provided by the Lodi Police Department. Information is available only for crimes and emergency responses reported in the city of Lodi starting Aug. 1, 2008. The Crime Map is updated by 8 a.m. Pacific time, Monday to Saturday. Each update includes new information from the past 24 hours. For privacy reasons, the Lodi Police Department masks the exact addresses in a crime report by rounding the addresses to the block level. The addresses shown on the map are not the actual addresses of the crimes. Also, some locations where a crime occurred are not able to be mapped. The time listed on each incident is the department’s determination of when the crime occurred. For questions about the interpretation of the data, call the Lodi Police Department at 209-333-6727.
