Agritourism. Dictionary.com defines agritourism as "tourism in which tourists take part in farm or village activities, as animal and crop care, cooking and cleaning, handicrafts, and entertainments."
Simply put, visitors pay money to come to work and play on a farm: pick apples, harvest grapes, chuck hay, milk cows, learn how to make jam, tour a vineyard and the like.
