Protein and vitamin supplements line the shelves of a sports nutrition store in Lakewood Mall, just as they have for the past 14 years. However, the name Max Muscle is no longer stamped on the labels.

Last October, owner Jed Green broke away from the Max Muscle franchise to become the sole owner of his new business, No Limits Sports Nutrition. He now sells additional supplements from a brand he helps produce, Fight Labs.

This article only scratches the surface of the professionalism of Jed and No Limits Sports Nutrition.
I've been a customer of Jed's for about 4 years, he's the most knowledgeable person I've ever met on the subject of diets, nutrition, supplements and how and why to eat according to your goals.
I even trust him with helping my parents as they age and how they can stay healthier by simple tweets with their eating and vitamin habits.
He gives knowledge and help to ppl for free. Something gyms and nutritionist will charge you for.

If you have never visited Jed and No Limits all I can say is you should.
