Le Bistro, an upscale restaurant located in Stockton, has announced the addition of two new staff members. Bruce Davies and Matthew Davies, the owners of the establishment, welcomed Richard Hyman and Greg May as the newest employees.
Hyman, a former chef of Old Arch Restaurant in Lodi, has joined Le Bistro as their executive chef. Hyman started his culinary career at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Southern California, and has worked with several top chefs across the nation.
