Salisburys Market nearing its reopening

Nearly five months have passed since a fire forced Salisburys Market to close, but after much curiosity surrounding the fate of the store, it appears as if the sandwich shop and local market will indeed open again.

The inside of the shop was severely damaged by smoke and flame after the back of the interior of the store caught fire Oct. 15. But according to Susan Batty, property manager for Woodlake Plaza, work is nearly complete on fixing the inside of the building, and that soon the store owners of Salisburys Market will be able to plan a reopening.
