Some shareholders of the firm that owns the Bank of Lodi have filed suit accusing eight of its directors and executives of neglecting the bank's interests for their personal gain.

The lawsuit, filed by shareholders James P. Green and Clay Saylor on behalf of other First Financial Bancorp shareholders, lists 26 claims that bank executives abused their positions by granting themselves excessive benefits and bonuses, artificially inflated the bank's numbers by borrowing from other institutions and conspiring to cover up their actions.
