It's a story not unlike many area vintners: For many years, the Watts family grew grapes for other winemakers. In 1999, they decided to give making wine a try for themselves.

Nine years, 15 types of wine and several awards later, Watts Family Winery continues to grow. The winery, originally started by Craig Watts' father, is now owned by Watts and his wife, Sheri. Their crew consists of themselves, winemaker and consultant Bill Ghiglieri and their jack of all trades, Shawn Halloway.
