Cosentino Signature Enterprises Ltd., which owns Cosentino Winery, was issued documents Monday from its creditors aiming to force the companies into involuntary liquidation proceedings, according to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.
Cosentino Winery in Woodbridge is operated by the company. Its other local tasting room, Crystal Valley Cellars in Lockeford, was shuttered more than a year ago. The Yountville-based company expanded its operation to Lodi in the early 2000s and has experienced financial issues over the past few years.
