'Couture Kids' offers fashion value, variety

Kids grow up quickly, but it's no excuse for them not to stay up with the latest fashions. That's the idea behind Kelly Costamagna's Downtown store, Couture Kids. The upscale children's consignment boutique offers gently-used clothing at below retail prices, she said.

Inside the homey store, nicknamed "A Magical Place," stuffed animals, children's furniture and brand-name clothing are available for prices ranging from 50 cents to $50.
