'A transitional year'

The housing market is stabilizing and will turn around in the
middle of 2008 or the beginning of 2009. That's the collective
thinking of the members of the Lodi Association of Realtors, which
met Wednesday afternoon to induct the incoming president, Linda
Realtors from the Lodi area, along with select members from the
Sacramento Association of Realtors, representatives of various Lodi
businesses, City Councilman Larry Hansen, Vice Mayor Bob Johnson
and the president of the California Association of Realtors,
gathered to discuss the market, pass the torch to Bush and pay
tribute to previous association presidents.
