The housing market is stabilizing and will turn around in the middle of 2008 or the beginning of 2009. That’s the collective thinking of the members of the Lodi Association of Realtors, which met Wednesday afternoon to induct the incoming president, Linda Bush.

Realtors from the Lodi area, along with select members from the Sacramento Association of Realtors, representatives of various Lodi businesses, City Councilman Larry Hansen, Vice Mayor Bob Johnson and the president of the California Association of Realtors, gathered to discuss the market, pass the torch to Bush and pay tribute to previous association presidents.
