The building that once housed Teriyaki Time on West Elm Street has been vacant for months. The open sign has remained off, the tinted windows dark at all hours of the day.
But come February or early March 2012, bowls of spaghetti and even plates of steak will take over the empty restaurant space as Sutter Creek-based, Italian-style eatery Twisted Fork Restaurant makes its new home here in Lodi.
