No dumping

Recently, I have developed a very bad habit.  I think some of my friends and family will rejoice in the acknowledgment, breathe a sigh of relief and possibly not avoid me next time I call.

When people ask how I am...I tell them.  Whatever has gone haywire in my life, gets dumped out into their laps like a car-sick 7 year old.  If you've ever driven to Coloma with a 7 year old, you'll know exactly what kind of mess I'm talking about here.

Afterwards, I thank them and walk away...lighter.  "Would you like a warm towel?  Maybe something to carry it in?  Crack a window?"

So, if you are one of my recent victims...I'm sorry.  From now on, I'm looking on the bright side.  I'm going to find it and then fix my gaze upon it.  But, just in case, I'll be carrying these nifty little bags...
