About Kyla

Kyla Cathey is a copy editor at the News-Sentinel, and a bunch of other things in her spare time, including amateur historian and vacillating novelist.
She made the move to New York City in 2000, but five years of tasteless Mexican food and humid, sticky summers brought her back to the West Coast. She spends her free time visiting historic sites all over Northern California, shopping for things she doesn’t need and living vicariously through the Internet.
