For something a little healthier than my last recipe – Refreshing Cantaloupe Salad 0 comments

Cantaloupe, cubed

Radishes, five sliced

Cilantro, one big handful roughly chopped

Chevre style goat cheese, one small package crumbled

Salt, a couple of pinches

Simply combine and serve, so fresh and delicious!
