I went to a friend's house last weekend for dinner and enjoyed a fantastic salmon dish. She was kind enough to share if for everyone to enjoy! It's easy, healthy and simply delicious.
6 Salmon fillets drizzled with olive oil (I like the garlic olive oil, so I used that)
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1-1/2 Tablespoons dried ancho chili powder
Salt and pepper
Combine sugar, chili, salt and pepper and rub on top of salmon. Bake for 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
