Easy, easy, easy and all kudos go to you! Simply take plain yogurt; cow, sheep or goat and strain with cheesecloth in a refrigerator for one to two days. The result is a creamy and rich cheese spread, ready to be personalized. The different flavors and textures that could be added are endless! Below are a few of my favorites:
