Making jam is one of my favorite things in the whole world. Canning fruit at its peak for enjoyment all season long just can't be beat! Jam is not just for toast, there are many ways that you can utilize it in cooking.
1. Use it as a glaze or sauce on chicken breasts.
2. Serve some on a cheese tray to counter the pungency and saltiness of cheese.
3. Great warmed on top of ice cream.
4. My favorite - jam and grilled cheese sandwiches on sourdough!
