Dave Barry, the quasi-retired Pulitzer-winning humor columnist for the Miami Herald, has been gearing up for the Super Bowl. Yesterday, he wrote about http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/16584580.htm">Media Day, and managed to sneak in another comment about U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo, a Denver politician who made the mistake of calling Miami a "third world country." Barry declared war on Tancredo in http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/living/columnists/dave_barry/16563709.htm"> Sunday's column, then continued it http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/living/columnists/dave_barry/16568618.htm"> Monday, when he mentioned that people might be able to get Super Bowl tickets from Tancredo's office.
But it doesn't end there. Tancredo was quoted in a funny Denver Post http://www.denverpost.com/sportscolumnists/ci_5112040">column about the matter, saying, ""He's not the first media pundit from a Third World Country to take a shot at me, and certainly he won't be the last."
