That was fun, let's do it again!

My very first athletic challenge  -- a track and field tour with Tokay's Jannell Hadnot -- proved to be a big success, after all.

I got a good workout without the injuries, fun pictures and (hopefully, for readers) an entertaining article out of the whole experience.

And Hadnot? Just today, she set a new program record in the triple jump against McNair.

The lesson, then, is: Challenging Ed helps athletic performance. (Okay, okay, that hasn't actually been proven. Got to market this series somehow, though.)

So what's my next adventure going to be? That's where you all come in. I need help with ideas — and involvement — from the Lodi community.

Batting practice against a top local prep pitcher? Adventure runs? Football practice? You name it, I’ll do it.

Email any and all 'Challenge Ed' suggestions at edy@lodinews.com. You can also tweet them to me at @Warderro.
