Try Saltines for a cheap and versatile snack
Are you in need for the perfect versatile but cheap snack? Try a box of Saltines. You can fix them in a variety of ways. They can be made into a pizza snack by dropping a small dollop of spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese on them. You can make confetti crackers by spreading peanut butter or cream cheese and then adding a topping such as coconut, sunflower seeds or raisins. Or, you can make cracker stackers. Create sandwiches by using small cheese squares, baloney or other lunch meat and boiled eggs. For more information, visit http://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/saltines.htm.

If the inside of your home needs a facelift, there are easy and inexpensive ways to update the decor. Removable contact paper can be cut into strips and used as a border around windows, chair rails or along the ceiling line. Gift wrap with beautiful or unique pictures can be decoupaged onto a wall. Or, an inexpensive curtain rod can be draped with sheets, quilts or fabric to add a backdrop to the room. For more ideas, visit http://www.stretcher.com/stories/06/06aug14d.cfm.

I love Saltine sandwiches! I also use Saltines for croutons on salads instead of buying them!
I love Saltine sandwiches too, although I haven’t had them in awhile. I like the idea of using them for croutons. I may have to try that.
