If you Christmas plans include taking a trip to the snow, try this homemade snow ice cream recipe as an inexpensive dessert. Mix one slightly beaten egg, 1/2 cup of sugar, a pinch of salt, one teaspoon of vanilla and two cups of milk. Mix in enough fresh snow to make it the consistency of homemade ice cream.
