If you seem to have an over abundance of marshmallow peeps from Easter, don’t worry. Here are some ways to use them up.

  • Use them to make s’mores in place of marshmallows
  • Melt some chocolate bunnies and roll the peeps in them, then in nuts and sprinkles. Then freeze.
  • Use marshmallow peeps in place of marshmallows for rice crispy treats.

Summer is coming which means the dreaded painful sunburn. If you want relief from the pain as well as relief from the cost of buying aloe vera gel, you can make your own sunburn soother spray. In a spritzer bottle, mix 20 drops of lavender essential oil and a 1/2 cup of water. Then, just spray on the affected areas of skin.
