If you like ground beef but like your skinny waistline, don’t worry about buying the reduced fat ground beef, which is often very expensive. Instead, you can boil the beef to remove its fat. Just boil for 10 minutes on high, then remove from heat, pour out liquid, refill and boil for another 10 minutes. Keep repeating until you see a significant loss in fat peaks in the water. If you want a great smelling home, don’t go for the expensive air fresheners. Just take a used dryer sheet and spray some oil or candle fragrance on it. Place it on the air/heating conditioner filter for a clean smelling home. When it fades, just add more oil.
