Did you know that vinegar has a variety of uses? Spray some on weeds to kill them. Dilute one cup of white vinegar in a pail of hot water to clean floors. Soak pots and pans in a water/vinegar solution to take out stains. Use two tablespoons of vinegar and three tablespoons of sugar per quart of water to make a bouquet of flowers last longer. Ever wonder what you can do with those plastic bags that your newspaper gets delivered in? A co-worker came in recently and said he takes his used coffee grounds and dumps them into the bag before throwing it in the trash. This helps to keep the garbage bag clean longer.
