Cool your kids off with some homemade popsicles
If you are looking for an inexpensive way to keep your kids cool for the remainder of the summer, try making homemade popsicles. You can:
- Freeze applesauce in popsicle molds.
- Mix fruit or jam into yogurt and freeze in small Ziplock bags for a snack on the go.
- Mix gelatin and freeze.
- Freeze syrup from canned fruit.
- Make a batch of pudding and add crushed cookies or sprinkles and freeze.
The options are endless. For more ideas, visit http://www.livingonadime.com/easy-homemade-popsicles/.
