Do you have chipped nail polish but ran out of polish remover? Just dab some toothpaste on a cotton ball to remove the polish. Toothpaste contains ethyl acetate that is found in nail polish removers. Should graduations return to the Grape Bowl?

Lodi Unified leaders are moving Lodi and Tokay high school graduations from the Grape Bowl to the Spanos Center at UOP in Stockton.
