Lodi has a reputation for being conservative, and that’s reflected in a fascinating chart prepared by the Sacramento Bee.
Using the latest voter registration data, the Bee ranks California’s 150 largest cities from the most liberal, Berkeley, to the most conservative, Newport Beach.
Lodi is the 18th most conservative city in the state. Stockton, meanwhile, leans clearly liberal.
Nearly in the middle, tilting just slightly conservative, is Manteca.
