Eighty students from Vineyard Christian Middle School and Lodi Christian Middle School participated in Street Beat III. Students camped out overnight to raise awareness for homelessness.

Wendy Vaz chaired the event with Dionne Brooks offering countless hours in assisting.

Camping (in cardboard boxes) took place on the baseball field at Jim Elliot Christian High School. Students participated in games and worshipped to the "No Name" Band.

Students raised money through fundraising and pledges making it possible to donate to local agencies that provide assistance to those in need. Vineyard Christian gave "Bread of Life" nearly $3,500 and Lodi Christian contributed over $1000 to "2nd Step Living."
