Hope you are enjoying this incredibly busy election season as much as we are at the News-Sentinel. I received a call today from a man who received his absentee ballot and wanted to read our stories about the candidates all in one location. I told him to check out www.lodinews.com/elections.

You can read our candidate profiles, watch video of the Lodi City Council debate, enter in your address and see a sample ballot or even register to vote.

This week, I'm working on Galt City Council profiles of the 10 candidates. We are hoping to start running those next week.

Are you a business or group that does endorsements? I'm going to compile some endorsement briefs for Lodi and Galt during the next couple of days. Send me a quick note at maggiec@lodinews.com or call me at 369-7035.

They cite limited seating, costs and unpredictable weather at the Grape Bowl. But others say graduations at the Grape Bowl are an important Lodi tradition, and one reason many supported renovating the stadium. What do you think?
