The Beatles' classic reflects how at least one family feels about 30 acres at Harney Lane and West Lane.

In Saturday's paper, I wrote a story about a lawsuit that the Kaehler family, who own a dairy, have filed to prevent an office building project from going forward where there are currently strawberry fields.

On April 20, the Lodi City Council approved the project at the corner of West Lane and Harney Lane. The Kaehlers have also started a website for people to sign a petition at www.saveourstrawberries.com.
