Declare loan to Lodi Truck Center in Acampo to be in default for the center being more than 90 days past due. The declaration would allow county staff and attorneys to perform due diligence in collection of the loan. The county loaned Lodi Truck Center $100,000 in 2004. The loan balance is $47,174, plus interest.
