Waterfowl swim at Lodi Lake on Wednesday. The lake is going to be drained starting Nov. 9. The water level will decrease from 40.5 feet to 26 feet to enable a connection to Lodi's pumpline from the canal. Woodbridge Irrigation District Manager Andy Christensen said residents who live on the lake should be aware of boats and jetskis tied to the docks so they are not damaged as the water recedes.
