The Downtown Lodi Business Partnership coordinated a scarecrow contest between the merchants to help add to the fall decor for the Downtown Trick-or-Treat event that was held on Halloween. First place was awarded to The Antiquarium, an upscale gift and antique store currently located inside of Mon Petite Chic on the corner of Pine and School streets. Bonnie Schneider, owner of The Antiquarium, is in the process of moving her business to 18 W. Pine St., the old Frames and Fine Things building, and will be open for the upcoming holiday season. The winner receives a free attachment banner, part of DLBP's annual banner program — a $290 value. (Photo courtesy of David Diskin)
