" I took my children to the downtown Lodi trick or treating event on Saturday, I was shocked to find out how Lodi is not children friendly. You would think, during these hard times, Lodi would be generous enough to include the face painting, jump house, and the balloons for free or at a decent cost...but I guess not! My children and I enjoyed the trunk or treat hosted by the Salvation Army...this was more of a nice atmosphere for the children...and it didn't cost a penny. "
