'Thank you' to Lodi Auto Repair and Smog
I am writing this public "thank you" to let all of our community know about this wonderful event that happened recently.
Our son, Spc. Andrew Munson, recently returned from his 15-month tour of duty in Iraq. His 2006 Toyota Corolla was having problems starting and we took his car to Lodi Auto Repair and Smog on Stockton Street to have John Charlesworth look at it and see if he could fix it. John not only fixed the electrical wiring problem for our son, but he serviced the transmission, changed the oil and even changed Andy's wiper blades.
When Andrew tried to pay John for his services, John said, "No, this is my way of saying 'thank you' and my way of giving back to you soldiers."
John Charlesworth and his wife, Anna, own and operate Lodi Auto Repair and Smog. We want to thank them for their generosity to our son, and we will not take any vehicles of ours to anyone else. John is an excellent mechanic and one very good guy!
Thanks, John and Anna; it's businesses like yours that keep Lodi lovable and livable!
