Elliot 6, Wilton Christian 0
Scott Greene had a hat trick and added an assist for the Eagles (6-7-2, 4-2 Harvest Christian League) in the win at Wilton. Greene has 10 goals in the last four games.
Paul Goossens had two goals and two assists, Joseph Van Meter scored once and Jordan Tiner and John Pardee each had an assist.
Andrew Cotton and Harrison Husting combined for the shutout. Clayton Silva, Anthony Galletta and Kenny Talbert also had outstanding games.
Elliot will play first-place Venture Academy on Monday.

Diego Yepez had a goal and Brandon Miller had the assist for the Flames (2-2 SJAA). Nathan Garcia had nine saves in the net and Eric Almazan, Nathan Shibler, Randy Longorio, Anthony Miller and Abel Carillo had solid games for Lodi.

Brookside Christian 53, Elliot Christian 0
Brookside Christian (4-2, 1-0 HCL) scored late in the first half to go up 18-0 and then broke the game open with three touchdowns in the third quarter in a victory over Elliot Christian (1-5, 0-1 HCL) on Friday night in Modesto.
"We played a good game in the first half but we just couldn't keep up with their speed," Elliot coach Dean Davis said.
Justin Santos accounted for 86 of Elliot's 94 yards on offense, rushing 13 times for 53 yards and catching four passes for 33 more.

Lodi 42, Franklin 36
Jeff Dickerson caught TD passes of 5 and 4 yards from Louie Conti and also kicked a 37-yard field and three PATs for the Flames (4-1-1, 1-0 SJAA) in the win at Franklin.
Josh Mastro had TD runs of 68 and 4 yards, Tyler Wonnell scored on an 82-yard run and Conti returned an interception 84 yards for a score.
Andres Silva had an interception.

Section power rankings
With a perfect 4-0 record in league thus far, the Lodi volleyball team is ranked No. 4 in the first set of Sac-Joaquin Section power rankings released Friday.
The power ratings are used to determine the section playoff brackets. At season's end, the top 16 teams in each division will advance to the playoffs.
The Flames (13-7 overall) are the top-ranked SJAA squad and trail only top-ranked Oak Ridge, Pleasant Grove (2) and Napa (3) in the Division I rankings. Tokay (3-4 Tri-City Athletic League, 10-12 overall) is ranked No. 20 halfway through the season.
Lodi's league foes Chavez and Lincoln, who both have 3-1 SJAA records, are sitting 13th and 14th, respectively. No. 7 Edison (6-1 TCAL) is the top-ranked TCAL team in DI, while West is 16th at 4-3 in league. St. Mary's is currently in first place in TCAL with a 6-0 mark, but the Rams play in the Division III bracket in the playoffs. They are ranked second in DIII.
Galt, which is 1-7 in the Sierra Valley Conference, is ranked 29th in DIII.
In Division V, Elliot came in at No. 15 with a 5-3 record in the Harvest Christian League. Lodi Academy, at 2-6 in the HCL, is ranked No. 21.

Western States Tournament
The Flames went 3-0 on the opening day on Friday in Fresno.
Taylor Gums had five goals in Lodi's 13-2 win over Beyer. Ashlyn Daniels had four goals, Lauren Plunkett added three and Hannah Ricci had one. Jillian Rohrbach had five saves in the net.
Gums, Plunkett and Amy Daneke each had three goals in an 11-4 win over Atwater. Daniels, Ricci, Amy Jacoy, Molly Bria and Brie Day each scored once and Rohrbach had four saves.
Plunkett and Gums each scored four times in a 12-1 win over Enochs. Daneke scored twice and Daniels and Day each scored once. Jacoy three had saves in the net.
Lodi plays Oakdale in the semifinals today at 7:30 a.m.

Sacramento Tournament
Tokay (10-4) lost to Sonoma 14-6 and defeated Antelope 14-11 on the first day of the Sacramento Tournament.
Sam Drake and Jack Hahn had seven goals apiece, Kostos Parisis scored three times, Eli Macdonald had two goals and Paul Moore added one. Paul Aquinaga had nine saves in the net.

Marissa Hinchman shot a 39 to lead the Flames (12-3, 9-1 SJAA) at Woodbridge Country Club's Lake Course.
Coby Kooyman fired a 48, Danielle Aldrich hit a 49, Courtney Schmidt shot a 56 and Brittany Kim carded a 64.

Anthony Aguirre and Anthony Zamora had TD runs of 54 yards for the Tigers, Michael Ybarra scored on a 46-yard interception return and Kyle Berry scored on a 34-yard run. Gerardo Gutierrez and Taylor Manous each scored from 3 yards out.
Leo Scott had an interception and Mark Delnero, Gerardo Gutierrez and Austin Mitchell each had a sack.
Tokay 33, Vacaville Christian 0
Kyle Fleming scored five touchdowns for the Thunder (6-1).
Tokay won the Rookies contest 32-0 and the JV game 27-0.
