Belford Wiederrich

Belford Jacob Wiederrich, 92, of Lodi, died Sept. 27. He was born April 18, 1917.
Mr. Wiederrich attended Alpine Grammar School and graduated from Lodi High School class of 1935. His passion was farming, and for over 70 years he actively worked the family farms. He was a lifelong member of Zion Reformed Church in Lodi.
He is survived by his sons, Norton Wiederrich, of Huntington Beach, Robert Wiederrich, of Boulder, Colo., and James Wiederrich, of Lodi; brother, John R. Wiederrich Jr., of Lodi; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Etherton.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Zion Reformed Church, 105 S. Ham Lane, Lodi, with Pastor Matt Duerr officiating. A private committal was held in the Temple of Memories Mausoleum at Cherokee Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of San Joaquin, 3888 Pacific Ave, Stockton, CA 95204; or to Zion Refomed Church, 105 S. Ham Lane, Lodi, CA 95242.
Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
