Steven Martinez
Football coach
Steven Dale Martinez, 44, of Lodi, died on Aug. 17. He was born on Feb. 7, 1965, in French Camp.
Mr. Martinez graduated from Tokay High School and was a football coach for Stagg High School. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping, fishing, quads, his dogs and Chinese food.
He is survived by his wife, Stefanie Martinez; sons, Mikel Martinez, Nikko Martinez, Jesse Martinez and Christopher Martinez; daughter, Ciarra Martinez; mother, Blanca Holquin; sister, Shirley Garcia; and brothers, Aruisto Martinez, Vincent Sauseda Jr. and Joseph Sauseda.
He was preceded in death by his father, Vincent Sauseda Sr.; and son, Keven Dale Nakatsu Martinez.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Sept. 4 at the American Legion Hall, Lodi Post No. 22, 320 N. Washington St., Lodi.
