Life preserver program to be discussed

The San Joaquin County Parks and Recreation Commission will discuss a possible Mokelumne River life preserver program at its board meeting at 5:30 p.m. today in the administration building at Micke Grove Regional Park, 11793 N. Micke Grove Road, Lodi.
The commission will also review park ordinance revisions and a proposal to acquire land in southern San Joaquin County.
