Jason Tuggle, Vanessa Blake to wed in October

Jason Tuggle and Vanessa Blake, both of Roseville, were engaged last November.

Tuggle graduated from Tokay High School in 1999. He is employed by Commercial Specialty. He is the son of Tim Tuggle, of Galt, and Renee Madrid, of Stockton.

Blake graduated from Linden High School in 2003. She is employed by Kaiser Permanente in Roseville. She is the daughter of Daniel and Colleen Blake, of Manteca.

The couple was engaged on Nov. 9, 2008, at their home in Roseville. Tuggle presented Blake with flowers and got down on one knee and proposed. He then took Blake to an intimate dinner. They announced their engagement on April 18 at Blake's sister's home in Linden with 50 guests in attendance.

The two plan to marry on Oct. 10 at The Merlot.
