Today

Lodi Library board of trustees
Key items:

  • Grand re-opening celebration.
  • Pay WMB Architects $3,808.37 to renovate the library.
  • Review five-year library technology plan.
  • Update on heating and air conditioning, Phase I library renovation and ramp project.
  • Revise library hours to accommodate city of Lodi's furlough schedule.

    Key items:
  • Discussion of city collections process.
  • Energy costs.

    Lodi City Council special meeting
    Key items:

  • Voluntary cleanup agreement with Department of Toxic Substances Control for soil removal on Lodi Energy Center site on North Thornton Road at a cost of up to $1.6 million.
  • Joint application to the state with Eden Development for HOME Investment Partnership Program funding for an affordable senior housing project at 2245 Tienda Drive.
  • Potential of suing the California Water Quality Control Board over the board's wastewater permit order. This will be heard in closed session.
  • Possible lease of city property adjacent to the White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility on North Thornton Road. Item to be heard in closed session.

    Galt Joint Union High School District board of trustees
    Key items:
  • Vote on contract with Leadership Associates, Inc. for the on-going new superintendent search.
  • Receive an update from Chief Business Official Audrey Kilpatrick on the state budget and its effect on the district's finances.
  • Hear a report from board liaison Diann Kitamura on the CalTrans Marengo/Twin Cities intersection and Central Galt interchange projects, update on the west side of Marengo Road pathway and city annexation of the new campus.

    San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors

  • Approve increase in contract allotment for the second phase of Lower Sacramento Road improvements in Woodbridge.

    Woodbridge Sanitary District board

  • Consider appointing the San Joaquin County health officer as the sanitary district's health officer in order for ordinance violations to be prosecuted as misdemeanors.
